RULES ARE SIMPLE

Shipping is free. Everywhere. No minimum order, no geographic games, no checkout surprises.

Your Supra 42 ships fully insured, tracked to the minute, and delivered with signature confirmation. These aren't negotiable points - they're the baseline for moving a Swiss mechanical instrument across borders.

This policy explains how it works and what you're responsible for.

SHIPPING SCOPE AND COVERAGE

Primary Markets

  • GCC Region: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait
  • International: Worldwide via express courier

What We Ship

Limited edition Swiss mechanical timepieces. Every shipment is insured for full replacement value, tracked in real-time, and delivered with mandatory signature confirmation.

What We Don't Ship

P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, mail drop services, or unverified addresses. If we can't confirm the delivery location is legitimate and you're reachable, your order doesn't move.

SHIPPING COST

FREE. EVERYWHERE.

GCC, North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific - doesn't matter. Shipping is included.

What "Free Shipping" Includes:

  • Express courier service (Aramex, DHL, or FedEx)
  • Full replacement value insurance
  • Real-time tracking
  • Signature-required delivery
  • Customs documentation (commercial invoice, certificates)

What You Still Pay:

  • Import duties and taxes in your country (see Section 6)
  • Customs clearance fees if applicable
  • Any costs from delivery failures caused by your error (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed package)

Aramex (Primary - GCC Region)

  • Express delivery: 2-4 business days within GCC
  • Regional expertise, fastest local coverage
  • Delivery to all GCC states

DHL Express (International - Priority)

  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days internationally
  • Premium service for time-critical shipments
  • Global coverage with proven luxury goods handling

FedEx International Priority (International - Select Routes)

  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days internationally
  • Specialized for US/Canada/Europe routes
  • Customs clearance expertise

Carrier Selection:
We choose based on destination, route efficiency, and current performance metrics.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Order Processing

  • Payment verification: Within 24 hours of order
  • Production allocation: Based on limited edition sequence (maximum 50 pieces per reference)

  • Quality inspection: 1-2 business days before shipment
  • Final preparation: 1 business day (insurance documentation, packaging, courier booking)

Total processing time: 1-3 business days from payment confirmation to warehouse departure

Delivery Timeframes (From warehouse departure)

GCC Region (Aramex Express)

  • UAE: 1-2 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 2-3 business days
  • Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait: 2-4 business days

International (DHL/FedEx Express)

  • North America: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 2-4 business days
  • Rest of World: 3-5 business days

Remote/Restricted Areas:
Additional 1-3 business days. Remote area surcharges are absorbed by Cook & Re (you don't pay extra). We'll confirm timing before shipment.

These Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

Customs delays, weather events, carrier force majeure, civil unrest, or acts of God are beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if your shipment hits delays, but we don't control sovereign borders or natural disasters.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Coverage

Every shipment is insured for full replacement value through third-party insurance. This is included in your free shipping. Coverage includes:

  • Loss in transit
  • Theft during shipping
  • Physical damage in transit
  • Total destruction

Your Responsibility: INSPECT IMMEDIATELY

You have 48 hours from delivery to report:

  • External packaging damage
  • Internal packaging tampering
  • Product damage
  • Missing components (warranty card, manual, box components)

Claims Process

  1. Email conquerors@cookandre.com immediately with photos (packaging + damage)

  2. Do NOT discard packaging materials
  3. We coordinate with carrier and insurer
  4. Resolution timeline: 7-14 business days
  5. Replacement watch ships upon claim approval

What Insurance Doesn't Cover

  • Buyer's remorse (use the 14-day return policy)
  • Damage after delivery acceptance
  • Customs refusal due to your failure to understand import regulations
  • Incorrect address you provided
  • Unclaimed packages after carrier's final delivery attempt

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We Ship DAP (Delivered at Place)

Cook & Re pays to get the watch to your country's border. You pay your government's import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance fees.

GCC Shipments

  • No customs duties between GCC states (GCC Customs Union)

  • 5% VAT applicable in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman (already collected at purchase)
  • Qatar, Kuwait: No VAT currently

International Shipments - You Pay:

  • Import Duties (varies by country and HS code)
  • Import VAT/GST (varies by country)
  • Customs Clearance Fees (if applicable)

Your Obligation

Understand your country's import regulations BEFORE ordering.

We declare accurate values on all customs documentation (as required by international law). We don't mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare values.

Refused Shipments Due to Customs

If you refuse delivery because you don't want to pay duties/taxes:

  • You're responsible for return shipping costs (deducted from refund)
  • You're responsible for any duties/taxes we paid on your behalf (deducted from refund)
  • Original "free shipping" was free to you, not to us - we absorbed costs

Choose wisely. Research before ordering.

SAUDI ARABIA NATIONAL ADDRESS REQUIREMENT

Effective January 1, 2026: All deliveries to Saudi Arabia require a valid National Address.

This is Saudi government regulation, not our policy.

If you're ordering from Saudi Arabia:

  • Provide your complete National Address during checkout
  • Format: Building Number, Street Name, District, City, Postal Code
  • Verify it's correct - carriers will reject packages with invalid addresses

We block orders without valid National Address.

Why? Because we don't ship watches that can't be delivered. Returned shipments waste your time and ours.

If you don't have a National Address yet, get one from Saudi Post (address.gov.sa) before ordering.

TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

What You Receive

  • Order confirmation: Immediate (payment verified)
  • Shipping confirmation: Within 24 hours of warehouse departure (includes tracking number)
  • Real-time tracking link: Aramex, DHL, or FedEx portal
  • Email notifications: Dispatch, in-transit updates, delivery confirmation

Delivery Confirmation

Signature required. No exceptions. No negotiations.

Someone must be present to sign for a Swiss timepiece. We don't authorize "leave at door" for mechanical instruments.

If you're not available:

  • Carrier attempts redelivery (1-2 additional attempts depending on carrier policy)
  • You arrange pickup from local depot
  • Package returns to sender after final failed attempt

If package returns to us due to your unavailability:

  • Original "free shipping" cost was absorbed by us
  • Return shipping charged to carrier's insurance
  • You pay full shipping costs for reshipment (we provide invoice)

PACKAGING

Your Supra 42 arrives in:

Inner Presentation:

  • Cook & Re watch presentation box (branded)
  • Protective shock-resistant case
  • Warranty card, user manual, certificate of authenticity
  • Tamper-evident seals

Outer Shipping:

  • Courier's standard packaging or unmarked carton (discreet)
  • No external branding indicating luxury watch contents
  • Tamper-evident seals
  • "Signature Required" designation

Security Over Aesthetics

We don't advertise what's inside. Unmarked external packaging reduces theft risk during transit. The unboxing experience happens when you open the presentation box, not when the courier drops it off.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

We Verify Everything Before Shipment:

  • Physical street address (no P.O. boxes, no freight forwarders, no mail drop services)
  • Contact phone number (must be reachable during business hours)
  • Email address (must be actively monitored)
  • Saudi Arabia: Valid National Address (mandatory)

Verification Process:

  • Automated address validation via courier systems
  • Phone verification for high-value international orders
  • Email confirmation required

Incomplete or unverifiable addresses delay your shipment.

We don't ship to addresses we can't confirm. Get it right the first time:

  • Complete street address with building/apartment number
  • Correct postal code
  • Working phone number with country code
  • Actively monitored email

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

UAE Consumer Protection Law Compliance

Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023, you have legally protected consumer rights. We comply fully.

14-Day Return Window

From delivery date, you may return your Supra 42 if:

Conditions:

  • Watch is unworn (caseback protective sticker intact and undamaged)
  • All packaging, papers, warranty card, manual, and components included
  • No visible wear, scratches, strap creasing, or modification
  • Return initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery

Return Process:

  1. Email conquerors@cookandre.com within 14 days with order number and reason

  2. Receive return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship watch back via fully insured courier method (you pay return shipping costs)
  4. Cook & Re inspects upon receipt (2-3 business days)
  5. Refund processed to original payment method (7-10 business days after inspection approval)

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price if watch is returned unworn and complete

  • Outbound shipping was free to you (we absorbed costs - not refunded to us or you)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (you arrange and pay)

No Returns Accepted If:

  • Watch has been worn (caseback sticker removed, damaged, or shows wear patterns)
  • Beyond 14-day window from delivery
  • Packaging or components missing or damaged
  • Watch shows signs of use, modification, tampering, or strap wear
  • Custom engraving completed (if we offered this service)

Warranty Repairs ≠ Returns

Defects covered under warranty are handled separately. See warranty documentation included with your watch.

No Exchanges

We don't offer size exchanges, style exchanges, or "try before you buy" programs.

Limited editions mean limited availability. The Supra 42 specifications are published. The case size is 42mm. The strap size is adjustable within published parameters.

Research before ordering. Choose correctly.

DELIVERY FAILURES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery at your door:

  • Original outbound shipping costs (absorbed by us): not recovered from you
  • Return shipping from your country to UAE: charged to carrier/insurance
  • Refund processed per standard return policy
  • If you refused due to customs duties: you still pay return shipping costs to us

Incorrect Address

If the address you provided is wrong or incomplete:

Carrier Can Correct It:

  • Minor errors corrected by carrier (building number typo, etc.)
  • Delivery proceeds with potential delay

Carrier Cannot Deliver:

  • Package returns to us after final attempt
  • You pay full shipping costs for reshipment
  • We provide invoice for reshipment costs

Lost Due to Incorrect Address:

  • Insurance claim filed
  • Replacement watch ships after claim approval
  • Expect delays (14-21 days)

Unclaimed Packages

If you don't collect your package after carrier's final delivery attempt:

  • Package returns to Cook & Re
  • Original outbound shipping (absorbed by us): not recovered
  • Return shipping: charged to carrier/insurance
  • Reshipment available at your expense: full shipping costs apply (we invoice you)

Or:

  • Process standard refund per return policy (minus any costs incurred)

ORDER VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

High-Value Transaction Verification

  • Payment method verification (credit card, bank transfer)
  • Billing address confirmation
  • Shipping address validation
  • Phone verification call (international orders)
  • Government ID may be requested for customs clearance

This protects you and us. Cooperation is mandatory. Refusing verification cancels the order.

Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation
  • Cancel orders
  • Refuse shipment
  • Report fraudulent activity to UAE authorities and international law enforcement

Limited edition releases attract bad actors. We screen aggressively.

FORCE MAJEURE AND CARRIER DELAYS

Events Beyond Our Control:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather
  • Customs delays or inspections
  • Carrier operational failures
  • Civil unrest, war, terrorism
  • Government actions (border closures, import bans)
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

Our Obligation:

  • Keep you informed of significant delays
  • Work with carriers to resolve issues
  • Provide tracking updates as available

Our Non-Obligation:

  • We don't compensate for delays beyond our control
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not contractual guarantees
  • "I needed it by [date]" doesn't create liability for force majeure delays

Your acceptance:
Continued use of Cook & Re services after policy updates constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updates, contact us before placing new orders.
